Andrew is experienced in advising employers and senior executives on all aspects of the employment relationship, including disputes. He has particular experience in handling Employment Tribunal claims including conducting advocacy in the Employment Tribunal. He is experienced in negotiating and drafting termination agreements, contracts of employment and service agreements, drafting employment policies and procedures and advising on collective consultation obligations. He also regularly advises in relation to restraint of trade issues, discrimination, the employment law aspects of transfers of undertakings, outsourcing and the sale and purchase of businesses.
