Charlie has worked on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious matters. His recent focus has been advising on cross-border employment issues arising from multi-jurisdictional M&A activity, with particular regard to EMEA countries, in addition to co-ordinating local counsel advice on global mandates. Charlie frequently advises on high profile litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and whistleblowing. In addition to advising on day-to-day workplace issues, he drafts service agreements, settlement agreements and HR policies and provides training on UK employment law.
