Charlie has worked on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious matters. His particular focus to-date has been advising on employment tribunal claims involving discrimination, harassment, unfair dismissal and whistleblowing. In addition to advising on day-to-day workplace issues, he frequently drafts service agreements, settlement agreements and HR policies and documents. He has also assisted with employment advice on a number of multi-jurisdictional transactions.
