David has a range of experience in contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including advising on the employment aspects of business and share acquisitions and disposals. He also advises on contracts of employment, including for senior executives and board level hires, consultancy agreements, employment policies, engagement and dismissals and redundancies (including TUPE considerations). David has particular experience in managing employee disputes, regularly acting for employers in relation to Employment Tribunal claims.
