Katherine qualified into the Employment team in September 2010 and advises on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including contracts of employment, termination agreements, disciplinary and grievance procedures, discrimination, redundancies and employment policies. Katherine advises employers in relation to Employment Tribunal claims including claims for unfair dismissal and discrimination.
